Learn the traditional way of wrapping the otak otak with babana leaves as well as the fast and easy way for busy parents with Evelyn Tian and Lay Ean Eng
Lay Ean will be sharing how to make “cheat” otak otak without having to prepare the paste from scratch. You’d very surprised how easy it is!
Evelyn will be showing you the traditional way of wrapping the otak otak with banana leaves.
Evelyn will be showing you how to “ikat sarong”, i.e. how to wear/tie the sarong. If you have a sarong, please bring it along.
There will be a majong session. Must register for the majong, Tai chi and joget2. Plenty of music or just sit around and enjoy.
